We like to think models are naturally born skinny and fit, as if they really don't have to work to maintain that look. The truth is that they always watch what they eat and how much they eat, they only go for healthy foods, and even if they cheat on some sweets, the portions are always very small. Models also exercise regularly all the time. They generally try to do heavy exercises at least 3 times a week, or do 20 to 30 minutes of cardio or light exercise every day.
